Randolph Tre Morgan collaborative divorce attorneyI am Randolph (Tré) Morgan III, a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, collaborative divorce attorney, and mediator in Raleigh, North Carolina. Through my practice at the Law Office of Randolph Morgan III, P.A., I represent clients in North Carolina divorce, custody, alimony, child support, property division, and other related matters. Find out what it is like to work with me here.

I’ve been practicing law since 2001. Originally from Greensboro, I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997 with a degree in Psychology. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law in 2001.

In 2010 I opened my own law firm to devote my practice to resolving divorce and other family law issues outside of the courtroom. Since then, my practice has been almost solely collaborative divorce cases, in addition to mediation and other non-court settlement processes.

My firm is an affiliate of the non-profit collaborative practice group Collaborative Divorce Experts in the Triangle.

I have extensive training and experience in the Collaborative Practice of family law, negotiation, mediation, and effective communication techniques.  I renew these every year with ongoing training and continuing education. I also train other attorneys in North Carolina in the collaborative law process.

I am certified as a Family Financial Mediator and a Superior Court Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.

I am a member of the Family Law and Dispute Resolution Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association.

I am married and I have two daughters. I understand the emotions and importance of my client’s divorce and custody issues. Further, as a child of divorce, I understand your children’s perspective on the issues that you are facing and the long-term impact of divorce on families.

In our “free time”, my wife and I drive our daughters around to practices and games and try to keep them fed and off their phones.
