Mission

Albeit a trained litigator, Ashley believes that upon thoroughly educating clients about various legal paths, litigation/alternative dispute resolution/collaborative divorce/contractual non-litigation, the client may determine the right approach to their legal claims which best fit their personality, budget and familial needs.

Vision

To educate and empower clients to take control of the outcome of their legal path, keep them informed about their legal matter, be their vocal advocate, and act as their guide throughout representation while providing economical and efficient representation so they may separate and/or divorce with dignity.

In adoption or ART matters, to educate and empower clients to take control of planning their family the way they envision at the time in their life which they choose, providing interdisciplinary services, keeping them informed at every step of the way, being as proactive as possible, being a vocal advocate while being respectful of all parties involved, while providing economical and efficient representation, with being communicative for any necessary resources and/or interested parties.
